High Bay Linear Selectable LED Quick Ship

The HBLS-QS features a sheet metal housing finished in white powder coat, paired with a frosted polycarbonate lens that diffuses output from the integrated Lumileds LED source. The fixture measures 24 inches long by 14.2 inches wide by 13.5 inches high, with a lightweight profile designed for fast handling and installation relative to comparable metal halide and high pressure sodium high bay fixtures. Mounting is available in surface or suspended configurations to suit ceiling height and layout. A dedicated receptacle on the housing accepts an optional plug-and-play PIR motion sensor, and the fixture accommodates optional wire guard and emergency battery accessories for added protection and code compliance in industrial and warehouse settings. 

The HBLS-QS operates on 120-277V and is available in field-selectable wattages of 110W, 165W, or 220W, delivering 15,400, 23,100, or 30,800 lumens respectively at a constant efficacy of 140 lm/W. Color temperature is field selectable between 4000K and 5000K via an onboard switch. CRI is 80+ with a 106-degree beam angle, and the fixture carries a 0.9 power factor and is 0-10V dimmable. 

Selecting output and color temperature: The HBLS-QS's onboard field-selectable switches let installers set wattage across three output tiers and choose between 4000K and 5000K color temperature at the time of installation, rather than specifying a fixed configuration in advance. This flexibility simplifies inventory management for distributors and contractors covering multiple facility types, and allows the same fixture to be dialed in for lower-ceiling applications at reduced output or higher-bay spaces requiring maximum lumen delivery.

Motion sensing for added efficiency: A dedicated receptacle on the HBLS-QS accepts the optional plug-and-play PIR motion sensor (MS), which detects occupancy up to 50 feet away and can significantly reduce energy consumption in warehouse aisles, storage areas, and other intermittently occupied zones. The sensor installs without additional wiring, making it easy to add at the time of order or in the field.

Emergency battery compatibility: For facilities requiring code-compliant emergency egress lighting, the HBLS-QS accepts an optional emergency battery (EM) rated for dimmable 0/1-10V fixtures up to 150W or non-dimming LED loads up to 20W. Confirm application requirements against local code before specifying.

Wire guard protection: The optional wire guard (WG) shields the lens and housing from impact in high-traffic industrial environments such as loading docks, forklift aisles, and manufacturing floors, extending fixture life in demanding conditions.

Ordering logic: Use the format HBLS-QS-[Finish] to specify the fixture — for example, HBLS-QS-WH for white. Motion sensor, emergency battery, and wire guard accessories are ordered separately using the format HBLS-QS-[Option], such as HBLS-QS-MS, HBLS-QS-EM, or HBLS-QS-WG.
