Ceiling Fan LED

TERN features a metal housing and three plywood blades, with an acrylic lens over the integrated light kit. The fan mounts directly to the ceiling as a surface-mounted, low-profile unit with no downrod, and the housing measures 8.5 inches in diameter with an overall height of 10.7 inches on both sizes. Blade spans are 44 inches and 52 inches, allowing the same compact housing to serve rooms of different scale. Housing and blade finishes, Black and Satin Nickel, are specified independently. When ordered without the light kit, TERN is supplied with a cap in place of the light assembly. The fan is ETL listed for dry locations and intended for interior installation only. 

TERN operates on 120V/60Hz power and is driven by a DC motor (140 x 15 mm). Motor wattage is 20 watts on the 44-inch model and 25 watts on the 52-inch model, and the integrated light kit adds 19 watts, bringing total wattage to 39 watts and 44 watts respectively. Airflow reaches 3200 CFM at high speed on the 44-inch model and 3800 CFM on the 52-inch model, for a calculated airflow efficiency of approximately 160 CFM per watt and 152 CFM per watt at high speed. The light kit delivers 800 lumens at a fixed 3000K color temperature and is fully dimmable. The fan is reversible and is controlled by the included remote control, with the optional TERN-WS combination fan speed and dimmer wall switch available for wall-mounted control.

Choosing a size: TERN is offered in 44-inch and 52-inch blade spans on an identical housing, so the choice comes down to the scale of the room rather than the look of the fan. The 44-inch size suits smaller bedrooms, offices, and guest rooms, while the 52-inch size moves more air and is better matched to larger living areas and open hospitality spaces.

Light kit or no light kit: TERN is supplied with a dimmable 3000K light kit as standard, delivering warm white light that works well in residential and hospitality settings. Specify the no-light-kit option when separate lighting is already planned or when a fan-only look is preferred; a cap is provided to finish the housing cleanly.

Controls and dimming: Every TERN includes a remote control for fan speed, direction, and light operation. For a fixed wall location, add the TERN-WS combination fan speed and dimmer wall switch, which is ordered separately. Confirm the preferred control approach with your electrician prior to installation.

Finish selection: Black gives TERN a crisp, graphic presence against light ceilings and works well in modern residential and commercial interiors. Satin Nickel offers a softer metallic tone that blends with brushed hardware and neutral palettes. Housing and blade finishes are ordered separately, so the fan can be matched to the room or specified in a coordinated pairing.

Ordering logic: Use the format TERN-[Size]-[Light Kit]-[Housing Finish]-[Blade Finish]. Size is 44 or 52. The light kit position is left blank for the standard 3000K light kit and is NL for no light kit. Finishes are BK for Black and SN for Satin Nickel. Example: TERN-44-BK-BK specifies the 44-inch fan with the standard light kit, a Black housing, and Black blades. Add the TERN-WS wall switch as a separate line item when wall control is required.
